1)	What can I do if I get incorrect keyboard symbols when I type?
	To type correct keyboard symbols using the "fn"+[symbols] key (e.g. type "fn"+"v" for "£"), find the "Hardware Keyboard Layout" options in the keyboard settings of your iPhone. Ensure that you have selected "U.S. International - PC". If you can't find the option "U.S. International - PC", please add an "English" keyboard and then select "U.S. International - PC" under "Hardware Keyboard Layout". You can follow this path to locate the keyboard settings: iPhone 4 Main Menu > Settings > General > Keyboard > International Keyboards

	If you are using the Spanish version of the NUU MiniKey, you will first need to add a “Spanish” keyboard to your iPhone, and then ensure that you select “Spanish - ISO” under the “Hardware Keyboard Layout” options.
2)	Is the Verizon iPhone compatible with the NUU MiniKey?
	We've tried out the Verizon iPhone with the NUU MiniKey, and can confirm that the phone fits. This is good news for those of you who are thinking of getting both devices.
3)	Does the NUU MiniKey support any device other than iPhone 4?
	The NUU MiniKey should work with any device that supports Bluetooth keyboards. However, some special buttons built into the NUU MiniKey will only work with iOS. In addition, the case is tailor made to fit iPhone 4 perfectly, so it may not fit your particular device. It can however fit iPod touch 4th generation (with a bit of extra room), but not iPod touch 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations. It will not fit iPhone 3G or 3GS.
4)	Where does the NUU MiniKey get its power from? Can it be used while being charged at the same time?
	The NUU MiniKey operates on its own built-in rechargeable battery, which will need to be charged separately from your iPhone. It can be used while it is charging.
5)	What is the battery life of the NUU MiniKey? How long does it take for the NUU MiniKey to fully charge?
	The NUU MiniKey has a stand-by time of over 30 days, and under normal usage conditions the battery can last from a few days to a week. The complete charge duration is around 3 hours.
6)	Will the NUU MiniKey fit an iPhone 4 already fitted with a protective case?
	No, you must remove your protective case before placing your iPhone 4 in the NUU MiniKey case. However, it can in itself serve as a protective case and help to mitigate any antenna problems associated with iPhone 4.
7)	Are there any special keys for the NUU MiniKey?
	The NUU MiniKey features a specially designed external Toggle button, to let you switch easily between using the iPhone's onscreen keyboard and the NUU MiniKey keyboard. The Command key also lets you make command shortcuts such as Copy & Paste, just like on a traditional keyboard.
8)	Can I still use the onscreen keyboard when I use the NUU MiniKey?
	The onscreen keyboard can still be used when the NUU MiniKey is connnected. Our unique design allows you to easily toggle the onscreen keyboard on or off, so you can use both keyboards if you like.
9)	Can I use my Bluetooth handsfree headset or any other Bluetooth devices at the same time as using the NUU MiniKey?
	Yes, you will be able to talk on you Bluetooth headset and use the NUU MiniKey at the same time. In fact, all devices that are active and paired with your iPhone can be used simultaneously. However, iOS only supports one Bluetooth keyboard to be connected at any one time, so you will need to disconnect any other BT keyboards before pairing your iPhone with the NUU MiniKey.
10)	If I switch the NUU MiniKey off and then on again, do I have to pair it with my iPhone again?
	No, the NUU MiniKey will automatically connect to last paired device. You will not need to pair the NUU MiniKey with your iPhone again if it has not been paired with a different device after your last use.
11)	The symbol I want to type isn’t on the keyboard. How can I type it?
	We've only included the most commonly used symbols on the NUU MiniKey keyboard. You can still type symbols found on your iPhone's onscreen keyboard. Simply toggle the onscreen keyboard and find the symbol you want to type.
12)	What are the NUU MiniKey's weight & dimensions?
	The NUU MiniKey weighs just 90 grams, not including the weight of your iPhone. When the iPhone is inserted in the NUU MiniKey case, its combined dimensions are 115mm X 60mm X 20mm.

1)	What devices does the NUU Traveller support?
	The NUU Traveller is compatible with iPod touch/ iPhone 4/ iPhone 3GS or 3G *Requires iPhone OS 3.0 or later.
2)	How do I power my NUU Traveller?
	By simply connecting the supplied USB car charger, the cradle automatically powers and charges your iPhone or iPod touch.
3)	Can I connect the audio output from the NUU Traveller to my car audio system?
	Yes, if your car has an AUX input jack. The NUU Traveller has a 3.5mm output jack to connect to your car's AUX in jack. (AUX cable is not included).
4)	Can I hear phone calls through my car stereo if the NUU Traveller is connected via AUX input?
	Phone calls can only be heard through the built-in loudspeaker of the NUU Traveller via Bluetooth connection. On the other hand, music can be played either through the loudspeaker or your car stereo via the AUX jack.
5)	How is the GPS signal transmitted to the iPhone or iPod touch?
	The NUU Traveller features a sensitive built-in GPS receiver. When the iPhone or iPod touch is docked in the NUU Traveller, all GPS apps (including Google Maps) installed in the device will utilize this built-in GPS receiver, instead of the GPS inherent in the iPhone or iPod touch.
